Cancellation & No-Show Policy We value your time and ours. To ensure the best service for all guests, we kindly ask that you review our policy below: • 24-hour notice is required for any appointment cancellations or reschedules. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% service charge. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Arriving 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation, and cancellation fees may apply. • Same-day cancellations are treated as late cancellations. Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to your service. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require future appointments to be prepaid.
